Job Description

Job Title: Aide-soignant(e) Diplômé(e) d'Etat, H/F

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aide-soignant(e) Diplômé(e) d'Etat to join our team at Cliniques Arnault Tzanck.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the IDE to provide preventive, curative, educational, and relational care to patients.
  • Establish a trusting relationship with patients through a benevolent approach.
  • Participate in welcoming and installing patients in the unit.
  • Assist with hygiene and comfort care, encouraging patients to maintain their autonomy.
  • Contribute to meal preparation, distribution, and cleanup.
  • Assist patients with meals, monitor food intake, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Participate in the supervision and evaluation of trainees (AS, AMP, BEP, and auxiliary life workers).
  • Maintain the patient's environment and participate in professional development.
  • Contribute to risk management by reporting dysfunctions and adverse events.
  • Participate in institutional working groups.
  • Execute care activities according to protocols, hygiene, and safety rules.
Requirements:
  • Identify fundamental needs and appreciate a person's or group's health status, adapting responses accordingly.
  • Maintain or restore a person's autonomy in daily life activities.
  • Apply basic dietary knowledge and rules necessary for patient needs.
  • Apply knowledge of food hygiene rules.
  • Apply hygiene and safety rules during care.
  • Use techniques for handling and safety when installing and mobilizing patients.
  • Communicate with patients or their entourage in a helping relationship.
  • Apply techniques and protocols for maintaining equipment to prevent nosocomial infections.
  • Organize work within an interprofessional team.
  • Distinguish urgent situations for care and alert others.
  • Share professional knowledge with trainees and new agents.

Compensation:

According to the Arnault Tzanck Mougins remuneration grid (base national collective agreement FHP).
