Job Title: Marketing Influence Manager

New Vega is a communication group specializing in the creative industries, including gaming, cinema, books, and consumer electronics. Our team of around sixty employees is based in Paris and Los Angeles.

The marketing influence team at New Vega creates operations for clients across all social media platforms, including events and activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals for video game studios, smartphone manufacturers, and publishers of manga, comics, and novels.
  • Develop influence strategies and content production for social media.
  • Organize and manage events, including vendor selection, schedule management, budget oversight, and on-site presence.
  • Participate in creating 360-degree concepts that integrate activations on Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Build trusting relationships with influencers and support them in executing campaigns.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and create client reports.
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to the evolution of the agency's offerings.
  • Challenge working methods to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in Influence Marketing or producing 360-degree campaigns.
  • Passion for digital marketing and attention to new trends.
  • Affinity for our sectors, including gaming, tech, manga/anime, and pop culture.
  • Management experience is a plus.
Skills:
  • Master's degree from a business school or university.
  • Excellent rigor and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Proficient in office tools, such as Office Suite or Google.
  • Familiarity with graphic content creation tools, AI, and other relevant technologies is appreciated.
