About Hubworkair
Hubworkair is an international aviation insurance broker based in France. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our French, Spanish, and Central and South American markets.
Your Missions:
- You will be part of our Sales Team, supporting the commercial team in developing South Europe, Central, and South American markets.
- You will present, promote, and sell our services to existing and prospective customers, facilitating the link between our production and commercial teams.
- You will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, creating a new client portfolio for those regions.
- You will travel alone or with the Sales Director or other commercial team members to develop and create new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- You have a proven experience in aviation, of at least 3 years, preferably more than 5 years.
- You have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- You are dynamic, loyal, transparent, and charismatic, with a strong existing network.
- You are fluent in Spanish, English, and French, with Italian being a plus.
- You are willing to develop your own client portfolio after being trained on our product.
