YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Raw Materials Procurement Specialist (Fruits, Vegetables & Ingredients), you will collaborate with various departments including Procurement, Planning, R&D, Quality Assurance, Sales, Accounting, and Production. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying suppliers and products to fulfill customer requirements and internal demands.
- Monitoring market dynamics and product specifications, alongside pricing fluctuations.
- Assisting in bid preparation, proposal evaluation, and purchase order management.
- Maintaining supplier partnerships and overseeing invoice verification processes.
- Ensuring adherence to purchasing agreements, product quality standards, and delivery timelines.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Exhibited autonomy, responsiveness, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient written communication abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
- Essential proficiency in office applications.
