Job Title: FINISHER GELCOATER (M/F)

We are seeking a skilled FINISHER GELCOATER (M/F) to join our team at Synergie Lagord - La Rochelle. As a key member of our shipbuilding team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as milling, sanding, polishing composites, finishing and repairing gel coat, and handling hulls, molds, and decks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Milling, sanding, and polishing composites to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Finishing and repairing gel coat to ensure a smooth and durable surface
  • Handling hulls, molds, and decks with care and precision
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Finisher or in a related field
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities
