Logistics and Supply Planning Specialist

- Oversee the execution of Supply Chain processes to achieve optimal Cost, Time, and Quality metrics.
- Evaluate and confirm procurement proposals to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Schedule the arrival of replenishments in the ERP system, tailored to client requirements and agreements.
- Manage the Production and Delivery Planning (PDP) process, ensuring data integrity and consistency in timelines and quantities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively analyze and manage supply flows.
- Validate technical specifications for product management.
- Facilitate the initiation, tracking, and completion of Production Orders.
- Monitor outstanding deliveries related to customer orders within the designated scope.
- Lead planning meetings and capacity assessments to optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain an up-to-date workload management plan.
- Conduct progress reviews for manufacturing and shipping schedules, making necessary adjustments.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills in Supply Chain management and proficiency in ERP systems.
- Proficient in IT applications (INFOR LN, Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Solid understanding of manufactured goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to synthesize and organize complex information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
