About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team at Technord Groupe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams.
