About the Role
Atalian Propreté, a leading provider of cleaning services, is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system across our industrial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and animate the QHSE management system, ensuring compliance with our group's QHSE policy and reporting to the QHSE Manager and Operations Director.
- Manage and animate the EN9100 system.
- Treat and follow up on performance indicators.
- Coordinate and implement the QHSE system and raise awareness among personnel and supervisors on QHSE practices.
- Monitor the application of procedures and documents by teams.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Treat corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and participate in CSSCT meetings.
- Develop the annual prevention program.
- Analyze and follow up on work accidents and occupational diseases.
- Follow up on SSE actions.
- Functionally manage a team of 3 QSE animators on sites.
- Pilot and coordinate the HSE approach across all operations contracts (animation of a QSE network of 9 animators).
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in QSE with at least 2 years of professional experience in QSE functions.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of the industrial environment and aeronautical sector would be an asset.
Working Conditions
- Full-time work from Monday to Friday.
- Possibility of 2 days of telecommuting per week after 6 months of seniority.
