We are seeking a EPM Platform Configuration Specialist who will oversee the administration and configuration of our EPM platform.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our Finance transformation initiative, Pernod Ricard has integrated a new EPM platform, with Tagetik at the core of our Group Financial planning and reporting activities. Our goal is to enhance our processes to ensure swift decision-making in a rapidly evolving market. The Tech product teams are dedicated to providing advanced tools and insights to maximize our technological resources and anticipate future developments that can enhance our performance.
YOUR ROLE INCLUDES
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective integration of products into both internal and externally developed systems. This entails conducting analyses, configurations, interface integrations, and testing to ensure product quality and performance, ultimately validating deployment.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Analyze requirements for new products, assess them against existing system specifications, and delve into technical and functional specifications, dependencies, and interactions. Configure necessary parameters, security settings, functionalities, and modules. Conduct functional, performance, security, and compatibility tests. Manage interface integrations and integration testing.
- Incident Management: Investigate integration-related incidents at levels 2/3 and assist in their resolution.
- Product Catalog Management: Assist in the addition, modification, and removal of catalog items based on approvals from the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager.
YOUR TEAM
Reporting Structure: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner in daily activities as part of the same agile squad.
Key Internal Stakeholders: Product Owners, GES Integration Teams, and other squad members.
Key External Stakeholders: EPM solution providers (Tagetik, Workiva) and our AMS External Partner.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You possess an educational background in IT.
You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with Tagetik (mandatory).
You are knowledgeable in financial planning, reporting, and statutory consolidation processes.
You are fluent in English.
Additional Technical Knowledge:
- IT Product Management (Agile context): Intermediate proficiency
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Tech teams – BI, support/AMS, solutions architects, etc.: Strong proficiency (knowledge of Power BI and API integration).
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience in product/solution design (preferably in a similar domain)
- Mastery of IT solutions within the product domain/sub-domain
- Experience in Configuration/Asset Management
- Strong technical foundation, including expertise in engineering, development, and integration topics
- Realistic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to balance business needs with feasibility constraints
- Mastery of Pernod Ricard Tech policies and principles (architecture, security, etc.)
- Collaboration and agile methodologies
