About the Role

Eiffage is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Rouen, France. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction works, ensuring compliance with client practices, and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the mission of the Project Engineering Operations Manager (ROM) by managing the assembly and processes
  • Manage teams, set objectives, and support professionalization and upskilling
  • Ensure full application of guidelines, procedures, and rules to complete the construction works
  • Monitor the quality of the completed construction works within planned lead times
  • Manage environmental constraints and ensure the full adoption of the corresponding measures
  • Request the acceptance of the works and obtain the contractual documentation
  • Resolve deviations and provide feedback
  • Establish and initiate invoicing, verifying sub-contractor statements and following up on collection
Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Works Engineer
  • Authorizations may be required based on the position held
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
