Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and validate processing tasks according to established procedures from the IT Studies division.
  • Oversee and optimize IT resources and workflows to ensure adherence to service and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage the secure transfer platform effectively.
  • Address operational incidents and execute related tasks.

Main Focus Areas:

  • Automation: design and validate processing workflows, schedule automation tasks, and maintain the automation infrastructure.
  • Management of operations.
  • Environment oversight: deliver components, configure files, and manage backup/restore/clone operations for production and testing environments.
  • Support for IT Studies initiatives.
  • Operations involving Oracle Database.
