Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will oversee and guide the CO Agent team to fulfill customer expectations while maintaining the company's standards for delivery timelines and performance levels from our last-mile delivery partners (DSP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and assess team members
  • Establish individual and team objectives
  • Organize and facilitate regular team meetings
  • Enhance team members' skills through ongoing training
  • Ensure adherence to processes and response times
  • Streamline processes to elevate service quality
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Gather and analyze feedback from internal customers and DSP to pinpoint improvement areas
  • Suggest and implement corrective and preventive measures
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, warehouse, deployment) to improve customer experience
  • Manage and optimize tools for our CO Agent teams in partnership with Product/Tech teams
  • Prepare regular performance reports
  • Present findings and recommendations for enhancement plans

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong project management and process enhancement abilities
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication
  • Capable of effectively motivating and supervising a team
  • Skilled in problem-solving and making quick decisions
  • Excellent listening skills with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Able to manage stressful situations and conflicts effectively
