Axxens RH, a leading recruitment and HR consulting firm, is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to join one of its clients, a rapidly growing real estate agency located in a picturesque region.
As a Property Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the condominium portfolio, while ensuring the technical, commercial, and administrative aspects of these properties are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and attend general meetings
- Establish and maintain relationships with condominium councilors, conduct site visits, and manage insurance claims in collaboration with local insurers
- Propose contractors and provide quotes, ensuring compliance with decisions made during general meetings
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and act as an intermediary between condominiums and contractors
The portfolio consists mainly of secondary residences, with general meetings held during the day and late afternoon (16/17h), rarely in the evening.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field (immobilier or juridique), although not essential
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present in front of a group
- Dynamism and attention to detail are essential for handling the demands of the portfolio
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of 40K€ per year, plus an annual bonus of up to 10% of the salary (dependent on performance).
