Site Supervisor

About the Role:

Eiffage, a leading infrastructure company, is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to manage our construction sites and ensure the successful delivery of projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that construction works meet schedules and commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the work of site teams, including onboarding employees, temporary staff, and subcontractors.
• Ensure the availability and consistency of all site administrative documentation, including authorizations, installation plans, and construction working drawings.
• Define and review construction works schedules and operating procedures, including technical decisions, security, resources, and Health and Safety Protection/Prevention plans.
• Communicate procedures and documentation to teams and ensure their understanding.
• Supervise the acceptance, storage, and boarding of supplies, ensuring compliance with delivered materials and supplies.
• Monitor construction progress, perform technical checks, and decide on corrections with the Works Supervisor.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are kept in good condition.
• Participate in construction handover and collect elements for as-built drawings.

Specific Activities:

• Pipe Works Site Supervisor/Feeder: Ensure the complete registration of networks, excavate trenches, and handle existing pipelines safely.
• Demolition/Decontamination Site Supervisor: Check diagnostics, guarantee network registration, and ensure waste tracking.
• Rail Works Site Supervisor: Ensure compliance with safety standards, check site cleanliness, and avoid rail accidents.
• Earthworks Site Supervisor: Manage track and platform maintenance, implement traffic zones, and ensure production rates.
• Roads Supervisor: Excavate trenches, lay pipes, and ensure coating and transport of materials.

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Team Leader.
• Authorizations: BR-B2V electrics authorization, M2 mechanics authorization, Authorization to intervene near networks (AIPR), and Minimum Safety Training Standards (SMS).
• Decontamination Site Supervisor: Authorization for sub-section 3 asbestos building site supervision.

Job Environment:

Reporting line: Works Supervisor. Internal relations: Engineering Consultants, Support Department, Journeymen, etc. External relations: sub-contractors, clients, suppliers, local residents, service providers, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Votre profil est issu d'une formation DUT/BTS en BTP vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans le même domaine d'action.

Rigoureux (se), vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité d'adaptation.
