Position: Functional Expert for Product RAF-AS
The 'Recouvrement Amiable et Forcé' division is dedicated to the effective recovery of outstanding contributions from contributors, including businesses and self-employed individuals, within established legal timeframes. To facilitate this, RAF employs a variety of strategies integrated into customized recovery pathways tailored to the specific profiles of contributors. A comprehensive set of processes supports this framework to address contributor inquiries (such as requests for payment arrangements or exemptions) and to ensure the security and assurance of contributions (including privilege registration and collective procedures) alongside internal management initiatives.
This division also encompasses ASI applications (Individual Social Action) for handling individual social action requests from Independent Workers.
Your Responsibilities:
You will serve as the functional lead for the 'Product RAF-AS' application domain, overseeing the maintenance of operational standards and project advancements across the application suite.
Your Key Tasks Include:
- Conducting workshops to gather requirements, model processes and business entities, and propose and formalize functional designs in collaboration with the architect,
- Engaging in cost assessments and impact analyses of application architecture and solution design,
- Evaluating user and business requirements and translating them into functional capabilities,
- Crafting and documenting user stories (agile methodology) or comprehensive and detailed functional specifications (V model),
- Managing the backlog, establishing development priorities, and overseeing implementation by partners in a fixed mode (TMA and TRA),
- Diagnosing issues at support level 3 and during preventive, evolutionary, or corrective maintenance phases,
- Contributing to the development and execution of the test plan in alignment with the testing strategy defined with the test manager,
- Offering functional guidance and support throughout the development and all subsequent phases of the project.

You possess a strong passion for innovation and technology, and you thrive on developing concrete and engaging projects. Your interpersonal skills are excellent, enabling you to challenge and persuade stakeholders. You are experienced in teamwork and recognized for your proactive approach.
You are proficient in:
- Modeling techniques, specifications (UML and associated tools), and requirements management,
- SQL language and database querying tools,
- Development of specifications for fixed-price services.
Familiarity with the context and information systems within the social protection sector would be advantageous.
You are knowledgeable about:
- The fundamentals of various development methodologies (V model, iterative, or agile),
- Reading source code,
- Concepts of service-oriented application architecture (SOA, API, etc.).
Your Educational Background
You hold:
- A Master's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional expert.
