In your role within the Purchasing Department, reporting to the Engineering, Purchasing, and Construction Directorate, you will be tasked with ensuring effective procurement for projects across three main criteria: cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
- Engagement in the advancement of wind and solar initiatives during the pre-construction phase;
- Assisting in the formulation of business strategies and timelines while adhering to quality and adaptability standards;
- Drafting and overseeing both public and private tender processes;
- Preparing and negotiating contracts with suppliers;
- Conducting market analysis and identifying potential suppliers;
- Managing the supplier portfolio effectively;
- Tracking procurement performance and suggesting improvement plans;
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the Group's procurement efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Procurement;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project procurement;
- Proficient in contract negotiation;
- Experience in the Renewable Energy sector is advantageous;
- Familiarity with public procurement processes;
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset;
- Proficient in MS Office, Dynamics 365, MS Project, and English.
