SAP Security Specialist

The SAP Security Specialist will be part of the Operations team and will be directly responsible to the Operations SAP Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Define, implement, and manage SAP security policies, authorizations, and GRC processes within SUEZ's SAP solutions.
- Ensure SAP systems are secure, compliant with regulatory standards, and best practices, while managing risks related to SAP processes and data.
- Manage the Core Model functional implementation to cover Rôles, Autorisations, and GRC processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution and structured projects of the CC SAP.
- Identify and propose relevant, robust, and innovative solutions.
- Manage the user lifecycle and application security of SAP platforms within the CC SAP.
- Ensure application compliance (separation of tasks and GDPR). Ensure the relationship with Internal Control for application controls related to users.
- Manage the SOD Matrix in conjunction with SUEZ's Internal Control: pilot regular risk reviews with CFO/Internal Control SUEZ, maintain the SAP Role Catalog, and regular quality reviews of the role model.
- Responsible for the SAP GRC Access Control platform: customizing GRC, ARM process, EAM management, and liaison with the editor.
- Contribute to SI projects: deployment of SAP solutions on authorization and separation of tasks aspects (including animation of workshops with business teams).
- Manage internal and external audit actions on the perimeter: roles, authorizations, and GRC, external auditors, SAP licenses of the SUEZ Group.
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP GRC Access Control expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Authorization Level 3. This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP roles, profiles, authorizations, and security objects.
You will have a perfect command of English and a deep understanding of business processes and compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.
You will have advanced skills in risk management, audit, and internal control.
You will have a good knowledge of SAP environments, including the main SAP modules (FI/CO/PS/SD/MM/HR).
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to transmit technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
