R&D Chemist

Revvity is seeking a highly skilled R&D Chemist to join its team in Codolet. This is a 7-month contract position starting on September 2, 2024.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and execute synthetic routes for the production of biologically active molecules or dyes.
• Purify and isolate compounds using various techniques such as chromatography, distillation, and recrystallization.
• Analyze and characterize compounds using techniques such as mass spectrometry and NMR.
• Share and present data with the team.
• Read and follow established protocols.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry with 1-2 years of experience in industry or research.
• Experience with laboratory instruments and software, including HPLC-MS, UV-VIS, and Empower.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English.
