About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Welder (H/F) for our client, a company based in Bazougers (53). The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating welding equipment to assemble and repair metal parts
• Performing quality control checks on welded joints to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Identifying and addressing any defects or irregularities in the welding process
• Verifying that production plans are accurately implemented and documented, if required

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols
• Experience with MIG/MAG welding processes, with TIG experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a CAP or Bac Pro degree in Industrial Welding or a related field. A strong understanding of industrial assembly and production processes is essential.
