MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
Within the information technology division of Digiside Consulting, which serves the Luxury Retail industry, the team responsible for application support and enhancements aims to stabilize its SAP operational environment through the Problem Management framework in the Supply Chain domain. Consequently, our organization seeks to improve the resolution of persistent issues and enhance the scalability of its SAP application system, specifically focusing on the SD and MM modules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting needs assessments
- Proposing viable solutions
- Designing chosen solutions
- Facilitating solution acceptance and deployment
- Creating documentation and knowledge transfer (mapping and ownership transition)
- Providing support post-implementation
TASKS:
Direct communication with users and IT departments:
- Drafting functional and technical specifications
- Developing User Manuals
- Preparing operational documentation
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experienced consultant with a strong background in retail, particularly within these modules, ideally possessing 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, although a high level of motivation is essential for those with less experience.
