We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team as a Global Consumer Engagement Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy for Kilian Paris.
The ideal candidate will have +8 years of experience in communications positions, including social and digital marketing. They will be digital and social savvy, with a proven track record of building and executing successful social/digital campaigns. Experience in a luxury company is a plus, but not mandatory.
The Consumer Engagement Director will oversee the global activation strategy and implementation of brand activations for the French market, including Paris Fashion Week and Cannes Film Festival activations. They will also manage Kilian Paris' overall marketing activities, with a strong focus on global social media initiatives, communication, and 360° marketing strategies to tell the brand story and drive brand awareness, engagement, referral, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
- Build and execute social/digital campaigns that resonate with luxury consumers
- Manage Kilian Paris' overall marketing activities, including global social media initiatives, communication, and 360° marketing strategies
- Oversee the global activation strategy and implementation of brand activations for the French market
- Work closely with the Marketing team, Online, Creative, and Education teams to plan, communicate, and adjust digital and social marketing tactics
