We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant Intern to become a valuable member of our team at Castorama. If you are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are keen to support the growth of our store, this position is ideal for you.

- Your educational background ranging from BAC to BAC+3, with an alternating schedule: 3 weeks in the store / 1 week in classes or 2 days in classes / 3 days in the store.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
As a Sales Assistant Intern, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality customer service, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, managing product inventory, and contributing to the store's sales performance. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Restocking shelves, pricing items, and executing merchandising strategies.
- Advising and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Providing recommendations and selling services.
- Supporting customers with online orders.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Utilizing customer feedback to make informed suggestions.
- Processing transactions.
- Carrying out administrative tasks (such as partial inventories and stock adjustments).
- Engaging in prospecting activities to aid in the store's commercial growth.
- Complying with company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health, safety, and hygiene.
- Opportunities to develop additional skills related to team leadership based on your experience.
