Digital Business Analyst

The Digital Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing customer interactions and business growth for Christian Louboutin. This position will analyze client behavioral data, performance metrics, market trends, and CRM system performance to support the creation and monitoring of client initiatives that enhance business outcomes and improve client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop CRM analysis and create new KPIs to understand customer behavior
- Prepare key analysis for the Brand, including monthly and annual reports for top management
- Utilize BI tools to perform hands-on analysis, delivering customer insights across Retail, ECOM, and Buying & Planning
- Develop custom reporting, dashboards, and identify additional KPIs to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with central CRM team to contribute in creating centralized reports in PowerBI
- Provide analytical assistance during collection launches, pop-ups, and new store openings
- Analyze CRM performance and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and clientelling campaigns
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of Power BI
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
