Electrical Works Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Works Supervisor to join our team at EQUANS in Tours, France.

As an Electrical Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for the organization, execution, and management of electrical works projects in the industrial sector. You will work closely with a team of electricians, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage electrical works projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, site managers, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical works supervision or project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical works regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
