Your Role: Assistant Area ManagerAs an Assistant Area Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operational success of our healthcare catering sector. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, optimizing performance, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through consistent delivery of exceptional service and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Implement strategies to enhance sector profitability by analyzing financial performance, managing workforce planning, and supporting site managers in pricing reviews.
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting client satisfaction surveys, developing progress plans, and promoting the reputation of Médico-Social IDF.
- Provide operational support to site managers, including legal compliance, goal setting, workforce planning, staff integration, and occupational risk evaluation.
- Coordinate commercial operations across various sites within the sector, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established procedures.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong background in management and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree in Management or Business Administration.
- Experience in managing teams and implementing operational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
