Job Title: Transversal Finance Trainee

Main Responsibilities
The Social Accounting division is structured into two main areas:
- Project and Business Support (PAM) focusing on the oversight of initiatives affecting the accounting information framework and the development of accounting methodologies.
- Accounting Oversight, which serves a dual purpose of aiding in the adaptation of ongoing accounting supervision and reviewing initial control measures.
These two areas are organized by business sectors: Investor, Banking, Holding, Loans and Collections, Coordination, and Taxation.
You will report directly to the transversal specialist of the division and engage in various missions of cross-functional expertise. Your contributions will include standardizing control methodologies within the accounting domain, participating in operational simplification initiatives, and supporting regular accounting analyses or significant operations.
Key Tasks
- Assist in the preparation of various analytical account reports (analytical reviews, summary documents, control plans, and balances, etc.) and support the closing processes.
- Contribute to the creation of a specific report for the European Commission as part of a guarantee program.
- Suggest improvement strategies for the accounting sector's control plan.
- Engage in occasional research or analysis missions as requested by Financial Statements, Regulatory Bodies, Statutory Auditors, and Commitment Committees.
- Review and enhance team procedures by proposing improvements, particularly regarding the control system.
