Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our sponsor dedicated CRA team based in the Paris/Ile-de-France area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of independent external monitoring experience in commercial studies in Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolism, and Respiratory therapeutic areas. Other therapeutic areas are also of interest, especially if gained on phase II-III commercial trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Full ownership of investigator sites for assigned studies with responsibility for the successful management of the site right through to close-out.
- Planning and conducting various site visits (feasibility, site selection, interim, and close-out) in accordance with the clinical monitoring plan.
- Developing effective relationships with investigator site staff to ensure that key clinical metrics are met.
- Preparing for and attending investigator meetings, coordinating the timely shipment and the subsequent proper storage and accountability of clinical supplies, and following up on drug safety issues.
- Ensuring the integrity of clinical data through an ability to maintain site tracking records and work diligently to relevant guidelines.
- A stable experience as a CRA, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
- Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolism, and Respiratory therapeutic areas.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in RBM/RBQM (Risk-Based Monitoring and Risk-Based Quality Management).
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business.
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
