Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at People & Baby. As an Agent de Puériculture, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Childcare and Education
    • Design and implement engaging activities that promote learning and exploration
    • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless childcare services
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth childcare experience
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of childcare programs
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
    • Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • CAP Petite Enfance or equivalent qualification
    • Experience working with children
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability
