People Operations Specialist

Ancient Gaming is a pioneering company in the iGaming software industry, constantly pushing boundaries and setting new standards. As a People Operations Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global team and ensuring smooth People Operations processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable global people processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage all people lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Organize and administer our HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date people data.
- Participate in HR projects, including events management and broader people operations initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates and new starters.
- 1-3 years of experience in designing and owning people processes in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working in a global workforce, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Isle of Man and Malta.
- Experience with HR data and creating impactful analysis.
- Hardworking and autonomous, with a great team to work with.
- A process improvement mindset and a constructive challenger.
- A strong verbal and written communicator who builds trusted partnerships.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
