Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team in the Surgery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of our paramedical staff, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the activities of paramedical staff, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Participate in transversal projects and contribute to the development of our healthcare services.
- Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diplôme exigé : Infirmier Diplômé d'Etat
- Diplôme de cadre de santé, Master 2, or infirmier expérimenté ayant un projet professionnel cadre
- Inscription au Conseil de l'Ordre Infirmier
- Expérience souhaitée en service Chirurgie
- Expérience souhaitée en management
