A new position for a Certification Qualification Engineer (CQE) has been opened within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane. In this role, you will integrate the Initial Airworthiness Department of Airbus Helicopters, in the Super Puma CQE team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the certification and qualification activities in the frame of the Super Puma civil contract.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and pilot certification/qualification activities in line with contract needs
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Follow up and report on compliance demonstration activities progress, fixing hard points, and ensuring on-time completion of activities
- Ensure interface with Chief Engineering
- Identify and define the applicable certification basis
- Define certification logic and establish corresponding plans
- Lead certification activities: reviewing and releasing compliance documents, consolidating results of compliance demonstration, and declaring compliance at helicopter level
- Establish Flight Conditions Approval files
- Approve design changes and flight conditions under DOA privilege
- 5-year degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of overall Engineering experience
- 1-3 years of experience in helicopter certification as CVE or CQE (a plus)
- Rigor and structured mind
- Capacity to manage several topics at once
- Open-minded, proactive

- Intellectual curiosity
- Advanced level of French and English
