Job Title: IT Engineer on Collaborative Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team in Blieskastel (Germany, Saarland) or Obernai (France, Alsace). As a key member of our international team, you will work closely with consultants and software development engineers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with internal customers to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Contribute to the architecture, implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Teams and VMWare WorkspaceOne platforms
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support to internal customers in their daily use of the platforms
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics or equivalent education with relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technologies such as MS Exchange, Office 365, MS SharePoint, or MS Teams
  • Additional knowledge in .NET Framework, PowerShell, C#, and JavaScript, HTML is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Mobile Device Management (VMWare WorkspaceOne), Mail Flow, Resource Booking, and Flex Office systems is appreciated
  • Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) and proficiency in German or French

  • Recognized for analytical mind, ability to synthesize, communication skills, and negotiation with internal clients
  • Accuracy, resilience, autonomy, adaptability, and teamwork are essential assets for success in this position
