Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager - Payroll and Pensions to join our team. As a key member of our Group Finance Department, you will be responsible for participating in the preparation of monthly reporting, controlling deviations from forecasts, and proposing areas for improvement and actions to be implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze accounts (provision, current accounts, balance sheet, P/L) and justify them to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Prepare accounting entries, set up subscriptions, and take into account specific requests made by the CFO (according to the Group's requirements).
- Participate in the annual accounting closing.
- Ensure the reliability of the data contained in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Perform reporting to EMEA Finance, product costs, stock, and SAP configuration.
Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree (level + field of specialization): Bac + 5 in accounting, management control, financial management, business management.
- Mastery of cost accounting.
- Mastery of general accounting.
- Languages: In addition to French, written and spoken English.
- International Group Experience.
