We are a prominent recruitment agency dedicated to the Health and Medical sector. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse in the APT region to support various clients, including both public and private healthcare facilities, EHPAD, and more.
Job Responsibilities- Administer and manage medications as prescribed
- Monitor and evaluate patient health conditions under physician supervision
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication
- Coordinate the rental of medical equipment (such as anti-bedsores mattresses and oxygen concentrators)
- Respond to emergency situations effectively
- Adhere to and improve quality assurance protocols (including risk management)
As a candidate, you should possess the ability to:
· Evaluate the health status and independence of patients
· Formulate nursing diagnoses and make informed care decisions
· Provide nursing care and therapeutic interventions while adhering to hygiene standards and best practices
· Recognize and address emergency or crisis situations appropriately
· Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
· Analyze and integrate information for patient care and treatment continuity
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must hold a Registered Nurse qualification
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in any healthcare setting, whether permanent or temporary
In addition, you should be capable of:
· Assessing patient health and autonomy
· Establishing nursing diagnoses and determining suitable care plans
· Delivering nursing care and therapeutic activities in accordance with hygiene protocols and best practices
· Identifying and responding to emergencies or crises effectively
· Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
· Analyzing and synthesizing information for effective patient care and treatment continuity
