Your primary goal will be to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations while working closely with the Front Office/Assistant Front Office Manager to manage the guest service department as a successful independent profit center.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Concierge operation and administration. This will involve ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications for this role include a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, with a minimum of 2 years' work experience as an Assistant Manager-Concierge or Guest Service Manager. Additionally, you should be a holder of the 'Clefs d'Or' and possess good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
