**Job Summary**

Adsearch, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled International Freight Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating international freight transportation services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with clients and transporters to arrange freight transportation, ensuring optimal service and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates for transportation services, while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Monitor and control the execution of freight services, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and communicate any issues or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

**Requirements:**

  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as commerce or transportation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or transportation logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and/or another foreign language.
