Your Role: Guiding Impactful Ventures

As a Financial Advisor for Impact-Driven Businesses, you will play a crucial role in empowering entrepreneurs across Lot-et-Garonne. Based in Agen, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Welcoming and guiding project holders throughout their journey.
  • Leading workshops as part of entrepreneurship support programs.
  • Providing expert financial and economic guidance on business creation or recovery projects.
  • Offering technical support to entrepreneurs, including assistance with development plans and connecting them with relevant partners.
  • Preparing comprehensive project summaries for review by the Commitment Committees.
  • Presenting projects to the Commitment Committees, advocating for impactful ventures.
  • Ensuring ongoing project monitoring after financing is secured.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to financing, reporting, and database maintenance.

Building a Network of Support

You will actively contribute to strengthening existing partnerships with local authorities, business support networks, and financial institutions. Your role will also involve:

  • Developing new collaborations to expand our reach and impact.
  • Promoting France Active NA's offerings to banks that support business creation.
  • Representing France Active Nouvelle-Aquitaine in various committees and events.
  • Actively participating in the team and association's activities.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:

  • A higher education degree (bac +4/5) in finance, business management, or entrepreneurship is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business financial support, financing, or auditing.
  • A strong understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape, economics, finance, and business management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, facilitate discussions, and present information effectively.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence.
