We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at FED CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans
- Anticipate and mitigate potential technical issues
- Optimize project costs and schedules
- Plan and coordinate the work of project teams
- Manage and track project progress
- Manage contracts, budgets, and relationships with subcontractors and co-contractors
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture)
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Competitive salary range: €38,000 - €45,000 per annum (gross)
