Your Future
In a context of strong growth for the consulting firm under LBO, they want to strengthen the finance function with the creation of a financial controller position for France and Benelux (750 consultants).
Your main responsibilities are transversal and cover both operational and strategic subjects:
Operational Performance Management
• Monitor and analyze production, profitability per consultant, and key performance indicators
• Foster relationships with operational teams, managers, and partners to optimize financial performance and track internal reporting
• Manage cash flow in collaboration with the Accounting Manager
• Present analyses, proposals, and track action plans
Financial Data Consolidation
• Ensure the follow-up and consolidation of financial information for the group
• Coordinate investment tracking: consolidate data, create dashboards, analyze discrepancies
• Be a driving force in finance system administration
• Coordinate budget processes
Your Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a business school, engineering school, or university
• Proficiency in English
• 5-8 years of experience in financial roles (FP&A / financial control)
• Expertise in financial performance management and good knowledge of PME multi-society environments. Knowledge of LBO environments is an asset
• Rigorous in achieving your objectives, you have a certain agility in managing your tasks, good analytical skills, and a synthesis spirit
• You have a culture of commitment, a desire to learn
