Role Overview: Process Mining Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with clients to identify their challenges, business scenarios, and operational workflows.
● Analyze technical specifications, offer expert insights on potential solutions, and oversee the implementation and deployment of these solutions.
● Utilize the Signavio Process Intelligence platform, process mining methodologies, and various analytical techniques to uncover opportunities for process enhancement.
● Lead tailored process analysis initiatives to generate insights into operational behaviors and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
● Manage Proof-of-Concept projects and consulting engagements with Signavio Process Intelligence clients, encompassing business requirements definition, process analysis, data transformation, and solution implementation.
● Mentor and guide fellow Signavio Process Intelligence consultants during client projects.
● Collaborate closely with product development teams and consulting colleagues to drive product enhancements and refine methodologies.
● Act as a proactive leader and team player, contributing to the growth and development of the Signavio Process Intelligence team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in process mining and consulting.
- Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Fluxicon) or business intelligence platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL and Python, particularly in data transformation and analytics.
- In-depth understanding of key customer processes (e.g., P2P, O2C) and their typical improvement opportunities.
- Solid grasp of BPM technology and practical experience in delivering value-driven analytical outcomes.
- Fluency in English and French, with a willingness to travel (approximately 50%).
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technologies, Information Sciences, or Data Science.
