Job Title: Baby Club Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baby Club Coordinator to join our team at Club Med. As a Baby Club Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 4 months to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and caring for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Developing and implementing engaging activities, games, and educational programs
  • Building strong relationships with children and parents, gaining their trust and confidence
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Childcare diploma or equivalent required; CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of other languages a plus
  • Previous experience in childcare supervision, preferably in a similar role
