Position Overview:

The Lead User Interface Engineer plays a crucial role in developing exceptional user interfaces that facilitate connectivity, device management, and data handling, encompassing everything from device sensors to user-facing applications. This position requires collaboration within a diverse team, including embedded software, connectivity intelligence, data integration, data modeling, RESTful services, and user interface design and execution, all dedicated to enhancing the user-centered design and development process for delivering outstanding features. The ideal candidate will possess insights on creating optimal applications and services while confidently advocating for superior user experiences, integrating feedback from fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to design user-centric features. Develop efficient, secure, and thoroughly tested end-user functionalities. Design, implement, and sustain the user interface architecture and experience APIs. Evaluate user interaction pathways, data structures, architectural proposals, and implementations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Proven experience in developing web applications Extensive proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and associated toolchains and runtime environments Strong expertise in a component-based library or framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) Solid programming fundamentals, including complexity concepts and asynchronous programming Significant experience with continuous integration, deployment tools, and debugging techniques Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail Willingness to learn new technologies Ability to travel to company sites in France on a quarterly basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in computer science or a related field Experience in creating and/or maintaining open-source libraries Familiarity with configuring AWS services
