Marketing Production Specialist

Design & Production
Deliver high-quality digital assets for various departments, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create a wide range of digital assets, including visual content for websites, social media, email, and SMS campaigns.
- Develop assets for marketing, product, and communications departments, utilizing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work on various projects, from quick-turn tasks to complex design initiatives, maintaining attention to detail and polish.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop and execute visual concepts.
- Contribute to the management of the Creative Team's Google Drive and upcoming Digital Asset Management (DAM) System.
- Use Notion for task tracking, SOP building, and internal documentation, ensuring all tasks are organized and completed on time.
Attention to Detail
Maintain the highest attention to detail in all work, ensuring that all content is visually appealing, accurate, and on-brand.
- Follow instructions meticulously and ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines.
Project & Time Management
Manage multiple projects throughout the week, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Utilize Milanote to create and manage mood boards, ensuring that all visual concepts are well-organized and aligned with project goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Figma for mood boards, facilitating the creative process.
- Proficiency in Notion for project management, task organization, collaboration, and documentation.
- Proficiency in GSuite for productivity, document management, and collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating and editing visual content.
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
