Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Skybar to join our team at Pullman Paris Montparnasse. As a key member of our Skybar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

• Customer Service: Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Inventory Management: Estimate and order inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Pullman brand and embody the company's values and culture.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Language: Fluent in English and French.
