Dynamic Partnership Manager

Pearson Carter is seeking a skilled Dynamic Partnership Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners and building long-term relationships with clients in the Dynamics Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new partners to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage with clients and partners.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to optimize revenue streams.
  • Negotiate contracts and lead strategic planning to develop a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience with a focus on business applications.
  • Experience in CRM or ERP software, preferably Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a focus on account management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop campaigns.

Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to €60k, with a great commission structure and opportunities for professional growth.

Location

This role is based in Paris, with occasional visits to the office and clients' offices.
