What We Are Seeking
We are in search of a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our platform by guaranteeing the reliability and excellence of its functionalities. In this role, you will be tasked with devising and implementing testing strategies to uphold the quality of our SaaS web application. Your duties will encompass:
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate functional test plans to ensure all application features meet specifications.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated tests utilizing technologies such as Cypress and Python to streamline the testing process.
- Collaborate with the development team to conduct performance and load testing to verify application stability and responsiveness.
- Ensure the smooth integration of various application components through integration and regression testing.
- Compose comprehensive test reports and document testing outcomes.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to address quality concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Previous experience as a QA Engineer or in a comparable position.
- Profound knowledge of Cypress, Python, and REST API testing.
- Capability to design and execute automated tests.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with the team.
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB certification (highly regarded).
- Experience in startup environments.
- Familiarity with third-party API interactions.
- Willingness to work from our Paris office a few days a week.
