As a Senior Data Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive data visualizations and analytics solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with various clients to understand their reporting needs, develop dashboards and reports, and provide insights that drive informed business decisions.brbrbKey Responsibilities:/bbrbr* Lead and deploy the Business Intelligence strategybr* Develop, design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reportsbr* Translate business requirements into data models, reports and visuals using Power BIbr* Customize and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usabilitybr* Create and manage complex DAX queries, measures and calculationsbr* Help clients get more out of their existing Data and Analytics projects, identifying the solutions and services based on their needs, constraints and strategiesbr* Act as Data Technology Consultant and/or Data Solution Architect, working with delivery team in various sized complex programmesbr* Help drive technology consulting, architecture engagements and transformation through execution phases and work closely with internal, client and third-party vendor mixed teamsbr* Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery modelbr* Support sales/pre-sales activities by accessing Data opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and helping to close dealsbrbrbRequirements:/bbrbr* A Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or similar or relevant work experiencebr* Fluent in Englishbr* Strong experience in a hands-on Senior Data Technical Consultant, Data Solution Architect or Head of Data Analytics rolebr* Extensive experience developing and growing client relationships and leading technical Data & Analytics teams delivering end-to-end solutions of different sizes and maturitybr* Experience with other Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik), as well as Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Storage, Data Visualizationbr* Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloudbr* Familiarity with R or Python for advanced data analysisbr* Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BIbr* Solid experience in continuous delivery tools and technologiesbr* Pre-sales experience whilst executing and leading on rapid conceptual designs, proof-of-concepts and client presentationsbrbrbNice to have:/bbrbr* Certifications: Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server or similar qualificationsbrbrbWhat We Offer:/bbrbr* 25 days of paid leaves per year + reduction of the working time (RTT days, depending on the year)br* Meal vouchers (11 euros, 51% paid by EPAM)br* EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)br* Private medical insurance (including dental and vision insurance)br* Pension fundbr* Safety and life insurancebr* Navigo (Ground transportation allowance) 50% reimbursed by EPAMbr* Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much morebrbrbJoin our team at EPAM and take the opportunity to work with a leading engineering business globally./b
