This team of learning experts defines learning methods and standards, contributing to the transformation of L-Acoustics as a learning organization. We facilitate career paths and onboarding for new talents within a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong culture.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong grasp of instructional design principles, proficiency with digital authoring tools, and a passion for technology-driven learning.

Responsibilities
  • Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Create interactive and engaging learning experiences that motivate learners to complete courses effectively and ultimately acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze Needs & Manage Feedback: Analyze learner needs and preferences to tailor digital content. Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and learner performance. Modify and revise existing digital learning materials based on feedback and assessment data.
  • Develop Multimedia Content: Develop storyboards and scripts for interactive multimedia learning materials. Utilize a variety of software to create visually engaging graphics, videos, interactive simulations, and other digital assets. Ensure translation of digital content using automatic tools and expert validation.
  • Collaborate & Contribute: Interact closely with education program designers and sponsors to define learning needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts and education program managers to design engaging and effective learning experiences. Work with graphical and motion designers for advanced graphical resources.
  • Champion Learning Culture: Support the transformation of L-Acoustics into a learning company by onboarding education program managers from métier teams with limited pedagogy experience, supporting subject matter experts & sponsors in understanding their role in course development processes, and developing trainers to master their roles in various learning formats and experiences.
  • Maintain Education Standards: Contribute to the definition of education standards at L-Acoustics. Stay current on digital learning trends, technologies, and tools. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards in all digital learning materials.
  • Contribute to Digital Platform Development: Participate in the development of our Digital Education Platform based on the 360 Learning solution. This platform serves trainees, trainers, learning designers, and training center managers. Manage the online community of over 14,000 L-Acoustics employees, partners, customers, and end-users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Native or proficiency in English.
  • Experience in learning and development.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
  • Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
