We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visual Content Coordinator to join our team at Shiseido Company, Limited.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the integration and administration of visuals and assets on our platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing copyrights and ensuring that all visuals displayed on the platform are up-to-date
- Assisting in the training of new marketing entrants to our processes and guidelines
- Transferring developed creative assets to the Adsapp Platform Manager
- Adapting assets to countries' needs while respecting the brand's image and creative charter
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing asset deliveries to international media owners and negotiating price compensation if needed.
Requirements include:
- Operational technical background with process, technical terms, and specificities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
