BYD Europe BV, the marketing and sales HQ of BYD Co., is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to support our business in France. As part of our growth, we are expanding our operations to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCV projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and update offer, contract, and other employee-related documents in accordance with French Labor Law, Collective Agreement, and Industry Agreement.
- Coordinate with payroll company and provide mutation data on a monthly basis, checking accuracy and completeness of payslips, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Develop and improve employee relationship management, dealing with labor union and employee relationship incidents, including employee conflicts and labor disputes.
- Coordinate with local governments, law firms, and relevant institutions, providing information or materials as requested to support local business operations.
- Develop and implement the compensation and benefits policy, managing the renewal of health insurance and welfare contract in our social scope of responsibility.
- Support other HR functions, including recruitment, employee care, and others.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly in employee relations and compensation.
- Solid knowledge of French Labor Laws and HR practices.
- Comfort with handling numerical data, excellent proficiency in computer tools.
- Fluent in both French and English.
